In October 2014, New Valley Realty partnered with Ian Schrager Company and Witkoff Group to develop the Edition brand hotel and residences in West Hollywood, California. The Project is a Marriott EDITION Hotel with EDITION branded luxury condominium residences situated on a 1.36 acre site, located at the corner of Sunset Boulevard and Doheny Drive. Condominium residents will enjoy unobstructed views of Beverly Hills to the Pacific Ocean as well as access to all of the hotel’s services and amenities including room service, the spa, pools, housekeeping and the food and beverage outlets.
